Vendor and worship-team inquiries

Our interest forms are open. When you submit, we collect the business or team name, your name and email, your introduction, and any optional phone number or links you provide. Vendor inquiries include your category and Christian-business confirmation. Worship inquiries include team size and any church/ministry or music sample you share.

How the information is used

Fabian and approved Faith Friday organizers use these details to review your interest, coordinate participation, and follow up with you. Your submission is not a booking or a payment. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We record when you agreed to this use and the version of this notice.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in Supabase and reviewed through a private organizer dashboard. The website is intended to be hosted on Vercel. These providers process information needed to operate their services. We do not publish your inquiry, contact information, or music links as a participant profile without a separate agreement.

We use short-lived, hashed connection and email identifiers to limit automated submissions. The application does not store your raw IP address in these counters. Hosting and database providers may keep technical logs under their own service policies.

Your choices and retention

All inquiries are voluntary. Share only information relevant to participating; avoid including sensitive personal details. You can ask to correct or delete your inquiry. We keep inquiries while participation and relevant follow-up are being considered, and review closed inquiries for deletion within 12 months unless an ongoing agreement or legal requirement needs a longer period. Organizer exports must follow the same access and deletion rules.

Organizer sign in and email updates

Organizer sign in uses essential authentication cookies to keep private submissions protected. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Any separate event-updates signup will explain its email consent and unsubscribe process before it opens.

Changes

We will update this notice when the way we collect or use information changes. Event news remains available on this website whether or not you submit a form.
